Gravity cask at the Land Rover Beer Festival 2016. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus, light metallic hop, light buttery yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, slightly watery, fresh metallic woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear gold beer, tidy bubbly white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Sweetish pale malts. Smooth floral mid into mild citric hop. Touches of floral orange and tangerine. Light semi dry finish. Not bad at all.

Cask pint at The Cock Hotel, Wellington Shropshire on 19th April 2016. Poured a very dark brown with a ruby hue when held up to the sun light. The head was a beige colour that left heavy lacing on my glass. Over roasted malts rule the nose and taste, light malts mind, not burnt or overpowering, some fruity hop content balanced out the malts and I found this a tasty and easy to drink ’Black Pale Ale’.

Cask pint in The Cock Hotel, Wellington Shropshire on 11th March 2016. Golden body with a white crown on top. Decent blend with a little more malt in the nose and a light malty taste: the hops adding a slight fruity aroma and a mild bitterness in the finish.
