Bottle. Color: Clear amber, yellow-ish off-white head. Aroma: Smoked malt, hints of caramel, raisins and citrus fruit. Taste: Smoked malt, hints of smoked meat, caramel, subtle vanilla, raisins and citrus fruit notes. Hoppy backbone. Smooth (wheat) mouthfeel. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Light boozy hints. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice complexity, unusual taste.

Can at home. Ruby colour, almost fully clear with thin head. The cherry is there, mostly in the aroma, if a bit subdued, but okay. Thr flavour, on the other hand, is quite sharp, lactic acidity in your face, almost no fruit flavour, not great. The finish is short, sharp, bordrline acetic even.

On tap @ The Brazen Head, Dublin. Marrón rojiza translúcida limpia de fina de cremosa espuma de excelente duración. Apenas aroma. En boca es muy ligera, muy duave al paladar, de escaso gas. Buen a malta tostada, con notas de café. Amargor ligero. Muy bebible y agradable

On tap @ The Brazen Head, Dublin. Dorada limpia de fina burbuja y cremosa espuma. Apenas aroma. En boca es ligera bien de gas, refrescante. Sabor a grano con ligeras notas cítricas y especiadas. Amargor moderado y algo seca. Muy bebible.
