cloudy medium purple color. Beautiful nose of big oak, grapes and nice funky yeast character. Tart, dry, nice grape character, funky yeastiness. This is really grape beer blend. Bone dry and delicate. Super drinkable. Nice stuff

375mL bottle, pours a hazy bright amber with a small off-white head. Nose is full of wild yeast, musty grape skins, and some oak. Flavour is much the same, with plenty of oak, earthy and musty grape skins, and some wild notes. A bit dusty and lacking vibrance, but really nice wild yeast, oak and musty grape characters in good harmony. Very good stuff.

very light golden color. Slightly hazy. Very dry, austere, very musty, wine character is very strong with a touch of peach and honeydew. Modestly tart nose. The palate is bone dry, fairly carbonated, very nice acidity. Dry finish with semillon character lingers. Not a tons of oak but that works well. Another masterpiece. This could replace champagne with a meal. Superb.

0.75l bottle shared with a mixed crowd at Goblet ZG. Misty golden body, off-white head. Perfumey aroma - plums, honey, propolis, wild notes, alcohol, some malty touches, funk, apricots and some light flowery notes at first. Sweet fruity Brett-driven taste I'd reckon. Peachy, bit oily, some toothrot, lemony, with quite prickly carbonation. Bit messy and lovely at the same time - and very very stupidly highly priced I'm afraid (32€) - not worth it that way, though it was fun to try.
