On tap at Pasteur Street, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some lacto, a touch of wheat. Flavour is along the same lines, with lacto out front, with a touch of stone fruits. Weak and lacking much depth. Not too good.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out stale malt, Belgian yeast. And earthiness. Flavour is super stale, with earthy malt, metallic notes and light Belgian yeast. Metallic and stale. This is very bad. Undrinkable.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours an opaque cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some dry bready malt and a touch of pine. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with sweet caramel malt and subdued resinous hops. Way too much malty sweetness. Not too good.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out coffee, dark cocoa and medium roast. Flavour is intense, with sludgy cocoa, dark roasted coffee and some soft vanilla. Sludgy, thick body with not too much sweetness. A bit too abrasive, but it's rich and tasty. Very nice.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma is very malty, with lots of caramel bready malt, some resinous hops and floral soapy notes. Flavour is over-malted and off in several ways, with herbal notes, some boiled vegetables, bready malt and light resinous hops. This is way off - needs some work.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours an opaque dark golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma smells like a proper farmhouse ale, with light pepper, saison yeast, and a touch of lemongrass. Flavour brings out lots of lemongrass, farmhouse yeast with proper fermentation, no fruity esters or cloying sweetness, and some light herbal notes. Very nicely constructed. Impressive.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours a hazy copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out heaps of jasmine, almost like the tea, with subdued piney hops. Flavour is similar, with lots of jasmine, floral hops and dry biscuity malt. Good use of the jasmine along with the hops. Really good stuff.
