Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 28/02/21. Black with a well presented khaki head. Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, light spice, vanilla, light coffee tones. Taste comprises caramel, cocoa sprinkle, caramel, brown sugars, sweet malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough fun stout.

Black beer, decent off-white head. A whiff of chocolate when I first cracked it but after pouring the aroma is quite light and malty. This is nice but not what I was expecting. I was expecting this to be smooth and rich with creamy chocolate bit it's actually a little lively and while there's a decent hit of chocolate there I think the lightly toasty malt is as key a flavour here with the chocolate being a bit of a lingering backtaste. It's very easy drinking for the strength and I like.it it's just not what I anticipated.

23/2/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours very dark brown with a nice size frothy beige head. Aroma deliciously tiramisu, milky, coffee, chocolate, cakey, touch malty. Medium plus sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish with the edge taken off by a touch of bitter coffee. Really enjoyed this.

Black beer, decent off white head. Does genuinely have a marshmallowy smell to it. Flavour is lactose, chocolate some malt and a little tangy sweetness in there too. Not bad, this.

Can thanks to MrsSHIG: Poured a deep black with a thin tan head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, coffee, cappuccino. Taste is a rich malts, caramel twist, chocolate, smooth milky finish.

13/2/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours almost clear amber with a small frothy/creamy off-white head. Aroma of sweet stewed fruits, hubba bubba bubble gum, toffee, biscuit, dried fruit, Christmas cake. Quite heavy sweetness and light bitterness. Good body, soft carbonation. Slightly medicinal and a little tart to finish. Liked it but seemed it had more potential.

Black beer, decent off white head. Smells of sweet chocolate and coffee. Flavour is cocoa, coffee, a bit of vanilla and lactose and a nice malty base. Rich and smooth, does what it says on the tin.
