Hand-pulled half-pint on 11th August 2021. Tap & Can, Shrewsbury. Amber body, creamy off-white head. The Amarillo hops do their thing and the beer is citrussy and fairly bitter in nature. Decent malt content calms the hops down, but it's all still a bit lemony.

Black beer. Thin head soon fizzles out. Light aroma of milk chocolate and coffee. Flavour follows up with more of the same. A little toasty malt and some caramel in there too. Decent body to it. Good stuff.

Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Mid-gold,hazy with a half finger of tight white head and generous lacing. Peach/apricot with pink grapefruit in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with light notes of lemon and more grapefruit. Thick, sweet body with low to medium carbonation. Man, they nailed this.

Gravity cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark brown, translucent with a loose beige/khaki head. Deep chocolate fudge aroma with a bit of caramel. Sweet taste with a touch of salted caramel giving balance. But man, this is a sweet beer. Oily body, no carbonation.
