Cask at Liverpool Arms, Conwy. Aroma has definite elderflower. Clear copper gold. Thin, very thin, translucent white head. Medium bitter with a sour edge. Floral. Hoppy. Underlying sweetness and malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pleasant if not overly exciting. Actually, it's kinds developing shandy traits.

Can at the Falcon (JDW), Wycombe. Hazy gold with a thin white head and a middling fizz. Melon to the fore, with some orange and pineapple coming through. Moderate bitterness. It's ok if a little vague; needs the aroma hops to be dialled up a couple of notches. Nice to get an all too rare Gwynedd rate though.
