50cl Bottle from Aktiv Markt, Trier. Label just states Gemünder. Slightly hazy golden colour, dense white head. Grassy, herbal hoppy aroma, pale bready malts. Flavour is malty and grassy, light bready, good grassy and piny hoppy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Tasty and refreshing.

Bottle 330ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, cardboard, vegetable. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer; mild toasty nose with some fruitiness and faint traces of paper; moderate to robust sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; mild sweetish-toasty finish with some nuts and some aromatic hops in the aftertaste. (bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a blond and dense foamy head. Slightly dusty and moderately sweet malty aroma with subtle fruity accents of apricots, citrus and shy herbal hoppy notes. Sweet and faint bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Slightly dusty pale malty and slightly acidic-wheaty base with a light papery and subtle fruity touch; slightly sticky finish with a late arriving hoppy bitterness. Average Kölsch. 15.XI.09

Bottled. A light golden beer beer with a thin off-white head. The aoma has notes of citrus and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrus, leading to a dry straw finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
