Bottle from Der Doppelbock. Orange brown color. Malty, buttery, somewhat floral aroma. Just below medium bodied. Very malty, almost sugary sweet flavor with butter, banana and mandarin. Pineapple. Fruity, very sweet but also pleasant bock.

Bottle at a tasting. Sweetish rot, eggs, peach/apricot in aroma. Once you start drinking though, it gets easy drinking, actually even pretty clean. Okay.

Next 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear dark golden with an one finger white head. Caramel smell with some diacetyl. Tastes the same with a mid bitterness. Little bit metallic. Can not really convince.

bottle, many thanks to Summer Euro Secret Santa. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, light bitter hops. Taste, solid malty base followed by light hoppy bitterness. Light hoppy bitterness in medium finish.

Again a 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear pale amber in the glass. Two finger head. Caramel smell with some malt. Taste is more low caramel, some malt but scratchy hop. More balanced in the second part. Above average carbonation. Okay.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pale golden, little bit unclear and with a two finger frothy off white head in the glass. Smells malty with low apple sourness. Taste is more a caramel with a surprising mid bitterness, fruity background. Malty ending with a pleasant bitterness. Okay.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear dark golden in the glass with a more than one finger frothy off white head. Taste has low caramel with hints of apple. Taste is grainy malty, slightly bitterness, some apple fruit with sweetness in the background. Above average carbonation. More like a Kellerbier. Okay.
