Tea-ish with some imagination. Light tropical and exotic fruit mainly, but slightly herbal for sure. It's hard to tell how much its well hidden strength impacts this. Beer 26 at the Bradford Beer Festival 2025.

Beer 23 at the Bradford Beer Festival 2025. Certainly strong with its hoppy-fruity taste almost milkshake in style. Tasty sugars available too.

Cask @ Boar & Fable, Bradford. Hazy dark amber with a thick creamy-frothy head. Sweetened strength-infused malts have a light bittered finish. Strong tasting in its finish too.

Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small head. Stated pale ale in design and although full-bodied it does not feel its double-digit strength. It does have a strong aftertaste.

Cask at the Nag’s Head, Reading on 30th June 2023. Clear coppery amber with shallow ring of non-lacing foam. Pungent, sweaty, cheesy aroma. Notes of ginger, overripe fermented fruits and milk in-mouth. A fiery spicy finish, with boiled sweets and candies. Medium bodied with a smooth if not flat mouthfeel.
