Our founders all come from a brewing background especially our award winning Master Brewer who has over 37 years’ experience in the brewing industry. His passion for a ‘Proper Pint’ of real ale has been accredited over the years by him winning numerous Gold and Silver Awards, whilst also creating award winning recipes for other Breweries. We are aware of the ever growing popular explosion of microbreweries but believe there is ‘always more to Explore’. We now have an opportunity of allowing all real ale enthusiasts into our industry, our techniques, knowledge, experience and passion is why we knew it’s time to bring to the South East of Sheffield a ‘PROPER PINT’ of exquisitely crafted full flavoured, full bodied real ale. We use only the finest ingredients; our Hops come from here in Britain along with Hops from around the Globe to really push those tastes to the limit.
