Il gusto al naso rimanda al caffè e al cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca e agrumi.
