Cask-conditioned at the Rook & Gaskill, York 10/3/2018. Deep gold in colour with a slight, white, head. Stone and tangerine fruits, leafy hops, Light cereal maltiness, leading to a dryish finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Swan, York 2 March 2018. Brilliant copper in colour, with a tight, white, head. Sweetish beer, with ripe berry fruits, a touch of caramel and ripe malts, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Maltings, York on 6th September 2017. Pale straw coloured with full-lacing off-white foam. Yeasty, pungent aroma with hint of citrus. Lemony citrus in-mouth with hints of plum and peach. A sweet, fruity finish. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol, 18 May 2017. Dark brown in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Easy drinking mild, with brown sugar and sweet plum fruit notes, and a hint of roastiness in the gentle finish. Fine.

Cask @ Beerhouse, Bradford. Dark clear chestnut with a small creamy head. Has a robust dark malt aroma and taste, with its ’stout’ influence light.

Cask-conditioned at the Swan, York 21/1/2017. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Aroma of stone fruits and a touch of citrus hops. Flavour had a touch more sweetish fruit and biscuity malts, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Fine.
