330 ml bottle. Almost clear golden body with a light off-white head. Aroma is rather malty with mature fruit. Flavor is really sweet malt, some caramel, grapefruit, some pine and moderate in bitterness for an IPA. Full bodied with a sweet malty and somehow fruity bitter aftertaste. This one tends to go a bit towards an American Barley Wine IMO.

Marrón sucia, de mínima espuma, feo aspecto. Aroma a caramelo, terroso y herbal.

Bottle from La Vache Folle. BB 9-17, lote 150704. Copper colour, beige head. Nose is caramel and toasted malts, sour overripe fruity. Flavour is caramel malts, sour fruity, nutty, bit woody. Carbonation is flat. Thin bodied. No hops to speak of. Not my kind of beer.

Tap at Irreale. Relatively neutral licorice aroma. Black, lacing brown head. Fairly involved caramel, roast and licorice base flavor, herbal hops - a bit messy, but lively and not cloying. Medium body, Peppery finish.

Dorada turbia de no mucha espuma. Brutal aroma a naranja recién exprimida. Sorprendente. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
