sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2014: trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig, Limetten. Geschmack ebenfalls süß fruchtig, kein Biergeschmack, schmeck wie ein Cocktail.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/205, lot# 140502. Orangée léger, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet distinct de malté fermenté rappelant fortement une bière allemande. Note un bouquet houblonné qui sans être spécial ajoute tout de même une petite dimension intéressante à la bière. Palais malté sur cette impression pils-cara assez typique, fruité amer des houblons sur un léger résiduel d’agrumes et fine note tropicale. Épice également avec ce fini feuillu. Malgré son profil très unique, je n’ai pas vu le bénéfice du Chinook, bizarre. Une APA qui manque un peu de convaincre.

Tap @ Borefts 2014, small sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, short head. Bit spicy aroma, ginger, citrus, rye. Bit bitter in taste, bit astringent, quite dry. Soft carbonation, bit thin in body. Ok.

Tap @ Borefts 2014, small sample. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of piney hops, grapefruit, citrus. Medium bitter in taste. Quite dry. Great DIPA.

Little hazy blond beer, small aery white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, lemony, bit herbal, cooked vegetables. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, lemon juice and lemon peel, weird minty flavour. Aftertaste bit grainy, minty stuff, bit sweet, lemon rind bitterness, weird stuff, not a fan.
