From Botellas y Latas, drinking and enjoying this can two days ago, at my rented flat, Santa-Clara. A good and generous unfiltered beer, smooth and malty, a bit light, fruity, yeasty, a bit creamy at the palate, soft bitterness, 21.01.23

Can, probably picked up at Naiv. Gold with a frothy, white head. Orange zest and in the direction of floral. Taste is bitter the whole way though, more so at the end. Lingering resin. Fruit candy undertones. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Fair take on the west coast style, which due to the acridity doesn’t feel particularly refreshing and is not my favorite IPA style. Quite decent though.

From the labirratorium Madrid, trying in the Ayre hotel, Sevilla. A regular and classical session ipa. This one is a bit weak in aromas, a bit bland. You have notes of dry malt, dry hop, dry cittusness, a bit herbal, bitter, 01.12.21

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy brown with an orange hue and a creamy, lacing, beige head. Super intense bacony Bamberg smoke aroma. Rich, sweet caramel and toffee notes with heavy Bamberg smoke. Sufficient balancing bitterness. Probably one of the most authentic Franconian style Rauchbeers made outside of Franconia. 110925

I am really happy to discover this brewery. This IPA is great, citrus, hop, powerful taste in the mouth, really pleasant for yor soul, 26.10.16, drinking it at Madrid, Axor feria, close to Barajas.

Bottle shared thanks to Alexander. Very dark brown, tan head. Licorice, cinnamon, Tonka, vanilla, maple, roasted malts, dry malts. Over medium sweet, less bitter. Over medium bodied.

Black with nearly no head. Big sweet chocolate, light roasted, fresh fudge, molasses, grain. Full, oily body. Solid if a little simple.
