From bottle at Mout Bierfestival Nijmegen 2021. Nice whisky barrel aroma with roasted malt, chocolate, some alcohol but not bothersome. Medium sweet, mild bitter. Full body. Great.

From bottle at Mout Bierfestival Nijmegen 2021. Salted caramel indeed with soft peanut. Roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate. Moderate to medium sweet, mild bitter. Medium to full body. Good unit. Would have liked a bit more peanut butter.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is chocolate, roast, coffee, mild spicy with some cinnamon, mocha, a touch of soy sauce and liquorice. Mild to medium sweet and moderate bitter, medium body. Fine, but I hoped for more chipotle.

330ml bottle from La Buena Pinta, Madrid. Pours brown with a white head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, chocolate, rye, dark fruits, caramel, bread, hints of spice & malt. Medium body. Sweet finish. very enjoyable

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is very dark brown with very small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, dark chocolate, Cacao, Woody elements... Nice.

Chocolate brown to tan head over virtually black beer. Fleetingly cigarette ash, ureum, brown candi sugar, chocolate. Sweet, indeed maple syrup. Roasted & sugared malts, some chocolated, roast, impression of molasses. Blueberries, plum stuffing, and retronasal again this cigarette ash. Very chewy, well bodeid, oily. Dry woody bitterish in the aftertaste. Not half bad. I love the first text on the blurb, in Euskara! Completely incomprehensible anywhere else in Europe, let alone outside...
