Bottle from La Manducateca, Bilbao, bought shortly after a trip to the Guggenheim. Golden with a head. The Weiss has a creamy style, which gives the non alcoholic style a fair taste.

Creamy tan head on a dark brown coloured body.
Toffee & boozy aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth thinning out to a clean back.
Milky coffee, sweet, malt & roasted tastes with a tangy citrus.
Goes down a treat.

On tap @ BPBW afterparty. I only took numerical notes while having this one.

Trago corto, disfrute largo y lento, buenisima

Mijn eerste baskische biertje. Aangename kennismaking. Donker , smaakvol, goed rustig schuimkragje. Ook fris en lekker.

Smell of roasted malt, ash, cherry. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma of cherry, roasted malt, tar, rye bread. Lively carbon. Surprisingly light body. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Cherry feels unnecessary here.

Bottle. Jet black, medium brown head. Aroma is sweet, loaded with burnt espresso, soy sauce, intense roast, and bitter cocoa nibs. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy, with a soft carb. Finish is sticky, medium bitter, loads of coffee, and sticky, sweet charred malts. This is a huge old school impy stout. Good stuff!
