Bottled at RBESG 2007. A brown beer with a red shine and no head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of roasted malty and alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of soy sauce, caramel, coffee, cinnamon, wood, and alcohol. The body is strong, and the alcohol burns in the throat.

500ml Bottle-Copper coloured with a bit of a haze and a lively head. Hoppy, floral aroma with a bit of chocolate and peach. It is very inviting indeed. Delicious chocolatey and hoppy taste with a pleasing but subtle aftertaste which has chocolate, peach and a bit of buttery toffee. Delicious and very well balanced.

Draught at Tre Små Rum, Göteborg
Beautiful amber color, with creamy head. It has a very nice hop aroma, fruity (sweet oranges), but also a pleasant trace of homebaked cookies, yeast and very light bread. Solid body, it has an excellent flavor, mixing sweet toffee and quality hop, quite fruity and partially resiny. The final is balanced (for such beer) and quite long. Excellent.

Draught at Rover, Göteborg
It has an hazy golden color; the head reduces to a thin creamy layer. In short, it’s an average Ale: the body, the light malt flavor, the hop. But, what surprises me the most, is that the aroma has an evident roasted malt presence, and the flavor is strongly affected by the black malt, or coffee; the final just becomes worse, with a too strong black malt presence, a bit sour; if I were blind, I would swear I’m drinking a very harsh Stout, but this is not black ??? I’m lost…
Anyway, due to these characteristics (the roasted malt), I don’t like it.

Medium brown head. Deep dark red barely translucent body. Milky oaty chocolate aroma with burnt notes and some peppery hops. Sweetish oaty burnt chocolate taste, slightly watery. Some acidity. Soapy, pepperynotes. Aftertaste again has peppery hops, and some wood. Not bad, but not a complete success, either. Good for such a light beer, though. (0.5l bottle at Tre Små Rum, Göteborg.)

Big offwhite lasting head. Hazy yellow body with carbonation. Fruity citric peppery hop aroma with mango and grapefruit notes. Dry grainy citric taste with peppery, fruity hop notes. Hints of resin and peas, as well as a faint sweetness. Mealy, dusty, watery mouthfeel. A bit thin-bodied. Good, but could use more body. (0.5l bottle at Tre Små Rum, Göteborg.)
