Ensemble tropical et citrique assorti de fruits à chair blanche comme olfactif.
Raisins blancs, pamplemousse rose, poire, abricot en sont les composantes principales.
De légères notes de résine sont également présentes.
Le liquide doré clair tirant sur le jaune paille est plutôt voilé.
La mousse est généreuse, rocailleuse et assez persistante.
En bouche c’est un beau mix de fruits et d’amertume comme une ‘’New School West Coast’’ doit l’être.
Le Nelson Sauvin y est à l’honneur avec ses notes de raisin blanc, mais aussi la poire, l’abricot et les fruits à chair blanche typiques des houblons Océaniens.
L’amertume est assez prononcée et sous forme de résine, d’épices et de verdure.
L’équilibre entre amertume et fruité est tout à fait juste.
Une bière originale, équilibrée et goûteuse.

A milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, light alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A lightly hazed blonde ipa with very thin white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light mineral notes, light cereal, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light nuts, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light nutty notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at Chambly 2025.

Arômes épicés relevant des notes de poivre et du léger clou de girofle.
La levure saison est dominante malgré quelques soubresauts de houblons floraux et tropicaux.
Liquide jaune paille flou et presque opaque.
Mousse généreuse, semi rocailleuse et persistante.
Très fruitée en entrée de bouche.
Pamplemousse, ananas, citron lime, mandarine, ananas.
L’épicé demeure présent mais beaucoup moins dominant que le fruité.
Les malts sont légèrement sucrés miellés.
La finale est un amalgame d’herbacé, de poivré et de terreux.
Le corps est dodu, la texture soyeuse et la carbonatation assez piquante et rehaussée par l’épicé de la finale.
Houblonnage fruité et complexe, en équilibre avec la levure saison.
Une bière très goûteuse.

A very light unfiltered, light golden colour with a big, frothy white cap, good retention and patches of foamy lacing. Citrus aromas with a tad piney notes, caramel malts and oats. The taste has as well, more citrusy East Coast IPA style, with just a tad pine in the finish. A refreshing Hazy IPA that does not give me much West Coast Vibes. Feels like a little hybrid between the two styles, but overall, more on the East Coast one.
