(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours dull murky medium orange with a tiny pale orange head. Aroma of passionfruit with some nice musk to it, tangerine pulp and some zesty vibes, nice fuzzy apricots and some deeply sweet and not terribly dank mango. Flavour is mid-tart and nicely sweet, up front is sweet tangerine and mango, the passionfruit is quite floral and builds up in the middle with some acidity, and apricot punches through into the finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium, not very thick for a smoothie, just below average carbonation. I like the flavours here even though the texture definitely isn't up to the level of the best smoothies being brewed in the province.

Can: Poured a black color stout with a medium size light brown foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light coffee notes with light roasted malt. Taste is a mix of light coffee notes with some light roasted malt notes with some black chocolate notes. Body is too thin for style with good carbonation. OK coffee stout with a thin body and some more coffee flavors would have been welcomed.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy orangey color ale with a small foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrus hops undertones with some juicy notes, some residual sugar notes and warming fusel notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with some juicy hops undertones and some warming fusel notes with somewhat overwhelming residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Though style to master and this example lacks cohesion and shows too much fusle notes.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Very dark brown with small tan head. Roasted malt with a mild bourbon note. Simple, enjoyable.
