Flight.
Poured hazy and light orange, thin head.
Low carbonation. Mango and ripe melon. Quite sweet, robust. Some hop bitterness.

Hoppy and fruity, a bit dry. Grapefruit, green grass, some tropical fruit. Very nice.

A deep dark porter with a thin creamy lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. On tap at l'autre oeil.

Dry, crisp and grassy hoppy with some tropical fruits, citrus, pine, herbal notes, grapefruit and hints of dankness, mild bitterness in the finish.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, smooth tropical fruits, light citrus, pleasant and smooth. Dark brown, medium beige head. Aroma is cocoa, soft roast. Thin mouth feel, light carb, low bitterness. Lovely porter.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, California hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous hops, grapefruit pulp, light mineral notes, very nice and classic

Des arômes de torréfaction intenses relevant des notes de pain grillé noir et de café.
Des accents de cassonnade sont également perçus.
Le liquide est noir et opaque avec une mousse moyennement petite qui persiste assez bien.
Entrée de bouche torréfiée, âcre, avec des notes de café amer et de chocolat noir assez intenses.
Une solide amertume de torréfaction combinée à des houblons terreux contribue à accentuer une finale longue, amère et âpre.
De très légères notes de cassonnade demeurent en sourdine dans une palette où les notes de torréfaction sont tout à fait dominantes.
