Bottle. Rather clear brown color with almost no head. Aroma is peat, wood, caramel. Taste is the same, wood, earthy, mild peat. Surprisingly watery. Better than the rum barrel version, but not great either.

Bottle, thanks a lot Fin! Darkest brown, low head, brown to dark red shine. Dark smoked, metallic, honey, medium full, dry, iodine, roast, nutty, light molassis, a bit ash finish.

Bottle. Unclear brown color with no head. Aroma is big earthy, rum, dash of veggies. Taste is the same, veggies, iodine. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Pretty meh.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Plattling and consumed at home cooking Chicken and Chorizo Lasagna and listening to God is an Astronaut - Embers, Tuesday 1st October 2024. Pours gold, clear as a bell, white head, a little bit sweet, some cereal. Hoppiness is very, very subtle. Ok for the style but usual alcohol free taint is there albeit not too much.

Bottle picked up from Edeka, Passau and consumed at home Tuesday 10th September 2024 listening to Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant 'New Music Fix' on 6Music. We had 'Kurbis Von Carne' for tea. Pours clear gold with a large white head, pleasant soft mouthfeel, there's a little bit of a bitterness and bite. Mostly malt driven, good Festbier.

Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkte and consumed at home Thursday 18th July 2024 sat at the top of the garden. Pours clear light gold with a large white head. Refreshing, light lemony, but beer element is a bit lacking. Ok.

Clear, pale yellow pour with a small white head. Aroma is mainly sweet lemonade with a hint of grain/malt. Taste is similar. It is not as sweet as other shandies on the market, but also a bit one dimensional. While Chabeso is a lemonade based on lactic acid, it is not mentioned on the list of ingredients.

Hacklberg Urhell alkoholfrei, laut Etikett gebraut von der Bayerischen Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan, Flasche von Getränke Fleischmann, Gangkofen. - Dunkelgoldgelb, blank. - In der Nase schwache Bierwürze, ein Hauch von Traubenzucker, schwache Herbe, leicht abgestanden. - Antrunk dünn und blaß hellmalzig mit milder, blaß zitroniger Hopfung. Nicht süß. Im Abgang trockene, leicht säuerliche Herbe. - Dünnes, leicht säuerlich-herbes Alkoholfreies, immerhin rund und gut trinkbar. Es gibt aber bessere. (12.6.2024.)

Clear mahagoni. Aroma is copper moss chestnut light melasses. Taste is light sweet melasses with average metallic bitterness. Also quite sour carbonation. Not so balanced but still alright.
