Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkte and consumed at home Thursday 25th April 2024 doing some swatting for an A2 German exam and preparing Pork and Lemongrass Meatballs with Noodles. Pours cloudy yellow with a large white head. Liking this, probably more so because it is super refreshing as I was very thirsty, tastes a touch on the sweet side, not picking up too many hefeweisse qualities here but regardless there is beer. Soft mouthfeel, a little bit of soapy hop. Overall a good Radler.

Bottle picked up from Markgrafen Getränkemarkt, Deggendorf and consumed at home Friday 15th March 2024, about to cook a Seafood Paella and listening to Bib Vylan and now Jamie XX. Pours clear gold with a large large white head, sweet maltiness from the off, very soft carbonation. Light spiciness and a little grainy edge, it's fine but there is something here that I am not warming to.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Weak, grainy and strawy, malty and minimally floral, soapy and waxy hoppy aroma. Taste is minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty with some residual sweetness, minimally floral, soapy and waxy, hoppy overtones, very mild hop bitterness. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, mild and simple, fairly drinkable - OK.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Waldkirchenand consumed at home Sunday 11th February 2024 listening to Nadine Shah - Topless Mother after nipping into Schönberg and watching Fasching/Karneval. We're cooking Chicken Dauphinoise with Dijon and Cream later. Pours deep chestnut in colour with a mid sized off white head. Malty backbone, its very prominent on the nose and in the mouth. Caramel and toffee in abundance, thickness in the mouth, there is a little bit of a fruity tang and a light nuttiness. Good.

Leicht rötliche, kräftige orange Farbe. Cremiger Schaum.
