Getreidig, malzig (nicht zu leer und spelzig), leicht säuerlich, ein Hauch Hefe. Nicht zu süß und ohne krasse Fehlnoten, wie es man sie sonst nur allzu oft bei Leichtbieren findet. Für ein alkoholfreies Bier (die wirklich kein Mensch gerne trinkt) gar nicht mal so schlecht.

Bottle picked up from Real, Passau and consumed at home Monday 30th October 2023 listening to Craig Charles on 6Music and about to cook Veal, Prawn and Cumin Kebabs with a Shaved Fennel, Pink Radish, and Nasturtium Flowers, Aubergine Rolls, Pea Pastizzi and Winter Tabbouleh with a Walnut Ice Cream for dessert. Pours clear gold with a white head. A little malty, a little dry finish, ok but a little bit boring.

On tap at Hacklberg Bräustüberl, Passau in the company of Craig and Stella Saturday 14th October 2023. Pours mid brown with a little haze, a little fruity tang, nice fizziness, wheatiness showing, not bad.

On tap at Hacklberg Bräustüberl, Passau in the company of Craig and Stella Saturday 14th October 2023. Poured into a ceramic mug, probably warm gold/light amber with a large white head, nice softness in the mouth, a little bit of toffee, pretty decent but there is a metallic twang.
