Bottle: Poured a clear reddish color ale with a small foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with raspberry and cranberry notes are clearly detectable. Taste is a mix of tart notes with light sour notes and some fruity raspberry and cranberry notes with minor acidic notes. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Interesting take on a Flemish sour.

A hazed blonde grisette with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light citrus, grapeskins, very nice. Can at Chambly 2025.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light funk, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2023.
