Brown bottle, 500 ml, 2016 vintage, from and with Luc Bourbonnière (merci!), at Sébastien Bertrand, savoured on January 7, 2022; eye: golden, clear, no effervescence, ring of off-white head, no lacing; nose: Brettanomyces yeast, light green apple, slight residual sugar; mouth: Brettanomyces yeast, light green apple, slight residual sugar, light alcohol, musky finale with presence of green apple, medium body, average carbonation, lightly sweet, slick texture; in summary: nice surprise FRANÇAIS

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty yellow color cider with medium carbonation. Aroma of semi-sweet apple notes with light indigeous yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of light Brett notes with some semi-sweet apple notes with light tartness.
