Draft at the source. hazy golden yellow color, white head. Earthy herbal aroma. Taste is lightly bitter and very earthy. Interesting flavor but not one that I would try again.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some candi sugar and some rum notes with some very faint blueberry notes. Taste is also a mix of very faint blueberry notes with some caramelized malt with a nice amount of residual sugar offset by woody rum barrel notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made blended with great flavor balance.

16 oz. draft. A near clear yellow appearance. Flavor showed me lemon peel, hey, black pepper, slight cracker malt. Spot on the representative of the style. Refreshing.
