Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, a bit unclear, huge extremely stable off-white head; solid wheaty-yeasty nose with a distinctive plummy fruitiness and traces of caramell; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium to full bodied; slightly lingering wheaty-fruity finish, including traces of caramel. Very good Weizen-Bock.......

Murky brown coloured, medium sized tan head, banana and bubblegum in the nost. Wheaty and banana taste with notes of spices, caramel and glue. Slight sticky and bit watery. Easy-drinkable weizen but in general nothing special here.

(bottle) Cloudy, deep amber colour with a huge and persistent foamy beige head. Yeasty, sweet cara-malty and wheaty aroma with almost a bit vinous fruity notes of plums. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, medium bodied with a smooth and well-matured carbonation. Yeasty wheaty taste with notes of plums, caramel and lighter spicy notes; sweet and slightly vinous-fruity finish. Well-rounded Weizen-Bock. 25.XIII.10
