Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours muddy golden with a small creamy head. Sweet and bready nose and flavor. Plenty of wheat and banana. Sweet and thin with a bit of yeast and rye.

Bottle. Unclear, golden-orange color, and with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has a solid dose of bubble gum, with banana and some spiced notes in the back. The flavor is quite pleasant, peppery spiced and with banana, some bubble gum and a pleasant bitterness. Medium body, quite effervesecent and dry. Nice bitterness in the end. A rather pleasant one, except it’s too much focused on bubble gum in the aroma. 120217

Moderate hops and yeasts in the aroma, with notes of sweet fruits in particular banana. Moderate bitter taste with fruity notes. Slightly oily palate. Average, light bitter finish.
