(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a huge and tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet and yeasty malty aroma with notes of rye, banana, bubblegum and phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly cara-malty and fruity taste, again with bubblegum and clovy notes; slim, sweet-bitter ryish and slightly cara-malty finish. A bit slim but likeable. 06.XI.11

Bottle: A bit hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, instantly vanishing fluffy brownish head; sweetish and artificial aroma: lemons, presumably Coke, "beer" hardly detectable; sweetish flavour, light bodied; short presumably sweetish Cola-like ( I hardly know what Cola tastes like) finish with a slightly adstringent aftertaste. An ugly beer "Bier" with a nasty name.......

Bottle. Chestnut-amber coloured, stable and lacy off-white head; berries and bubblegum in the nose, caramel and wheat underneath, cacao-powder from far away; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, very smooth; drier - lingering - caramelly-wheaty finish with traces of chocolate. Fine Dunkelweizen......

Bottle: Almost clear, small fluffy - quickly collapsing - white head, sweetish citrussy nose with wheat and yeast underneath; (artificial) sweetish flavour, only a very faint acidity detectable, very light bodied, gluey mouthfeel; artificial taste in the sweetish-sourish finish, a tinge of wheat detectable. Ugly stuff......

bottle from Biershop-bayern.de. Cloudy, very shiny golden colour with an orange glow, large and creamy white head. Wheaty and malty, quite full-bodied, slightly hoppy. There are flavours of tropical fruit present, mango, papaya, very shy hints of banana. Perfect carbonation. A delicious, well crafted example of the style - anytime again. Underrated in my opinion.

Bottle: Golden, cloudy, small to medium-sized white head; sweetish worty-bready nose with a very faint sourish-fruity tinge; light bodied, astonishingly not watery, soft, light sweetish flavour; shorter bready-fruity finish. Surprisingly good for a low-alcohol Weisse.....

Bottle from Quack-Duck, many thanks. Cloudy amber color with a frothy white head. Banana, dates, caramel, chocolate in aroma. raisins, maybe prunes. Taste, wheat, milk chocolate, banana, with dry finish. Alcohol is well present. Excellent.
