Draught at the brewery, 6/5/21.
Clear, caramel-amber with light ruby highlights and a large, white head showing moderate-to-low retention.
Extremely fruity in the nose (from the yeast), like wildly so. Hints of bread and very light caramel back this, while light mineral lingers on the end. No alcohol or flaw, per se, though it's just a bit doughy/yeasty and seems like it could use maybe a bit more time to sit in the cask. Tough to say though.
Fruity as all hell, strawberry, raspberry, plum and apple with a pinch of acidity even, while light caramel and toast linger on the finish. Mineral-rich and fruity with a light, watery style as one expects for the gravity/style. Maybe a bit of a chore to finish on account of the massive yeastiness, but it's not bad. In pretty good shape with high clarity and a decent head.

Draught at the brewery, 6/5/21.
Moderately-to-lightly hazy, bright peach-golden with a small white head showing low retention.
Lightly juicy in the nose, with peach-papaya and pineapple up front turning pithy and quite twangy/resinous on the end. Fruity/lightly bubblegummy yeast and no alcohol.
In the mouth it shows papaya, pineapple and light aspirin. The texture is pretty soft, wheat and yeast-like with mostly tight carbonation and no alcohol, but the hop treatment is problematic, with too much resinous twang and/or aspirin building up and rather ruining the experience somewhat.

6 oz. taster pour at the brewery. It's an opaque dark, dark brown (virtually black) with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, ring of beige head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is moderately strong roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is nice, strong roasted earthy malts with milk chocolate. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not super complex but excellent aroma and flavor for the style.
