First of two Ontario Pilsner tonight (the other from Big Rig). Pours a clean light-golden colour with a frothy-creamy white cap, good retention and small patches of lacing. Big cereal grain nose with some sweetness and very mild hops. The taste is quite cereal grain flavours as well with light hops in the finish. This creates a decent dry mouthfeel. Everything seems well-balanced and very nice for the style.

This blonde poured a clear yellow colour with a off white, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include... the basement of Brock St. and cream of wheat cereal. First swig was probably the weakest beer I've ever had. Minimal carbonation. Finish is of old books and cereal. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a very slight hazed golden colour with bigger bubble carbonation, a white cap, average retention and low lacing. Sweet cereal grain aromas with hints of hay and honey. The taste is thankfully not sweet with some of the cereal malts watered down by soda water. Nothing too offensive, too crazy but decent for a "light" blonde beer.
