A blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, classic. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, chalk, well done. On tap at brewery.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with an amber hue. Nice frothy, kind of creamy warm cap that stays a while and leaves creamy lacing waves. Fruity aromas over the caramel base malts. Almost jam-like with some hints of spices. The taste shows some strawberry notes as well. Some decent cereal background with enough hops to cut the sweetness and make this one a very enjoyable Munich lager.

Can that pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with an off-white, warm cap, decent stay and some creamy lacing. Aromas are sour, fruity with the strawberries and lemon notes. The taste is not sour, but yeasty, mildly fruity with some tart in the finish. Some good bitterness and light dryness. Not a bad strawberry blonde ale for hot summer days.
