Description
At Meuse Brewing we want to bridge the gap between our European roots and our Norfolk County home. Our aim is to use traditional brewing practices and partner that with local inspiration to brew our beers. To do so our aim is to source locally as much as possible, from the ingriedients we use in the brewing process to the barrels we age our beer in. Additional adjuncts such and fruits, herbs, and spices that can be used in the brewing of beer we hope to find locally as well.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous, notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, treacle, light Curaçao, very nice and smooth.

This Saison poured a hazy, light yellow colour with a cream, thick, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, dough and cooked veggies. First swig was a little thin with flavours of ripe fruit (pear), perfume and a little perm solution. Finish is mildly fruity with light hoppy bitterness lingering.
