Description
At Meuse Brewing we want to bridge the gap between our European roots and our Norfolk County home. Our aim is to use traditional brewing practices and partner that with local inspiration to brew our beers. To do so our aim is to source locally as much as possible, from the ingriedients we use in the brewing process to the barrels we age our beer in. Additional adjuncts such and fruits, herbs, and spices that can be used in the brewing of beer we hope to find locally as well.

330 ml bottle thanks to Travlr. Aroma has bold red grapes and mild sour. Flavor is significantly more sour as I sip. Bold vinous with a lasting sour finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color lambic (?) with a medium size foamy head with light retention. Aroma of funky ester with some light trat notes is quite nice. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some funky ester and light oak and green apple notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation.Great drinkability with some very good level of complexity.

This ipa poured a hazy, golden yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include bubblegum, eucalyptus, spice… first swig was creamy and soft. Flavours of bubblegum, bread and hops. Finish is hoppy with flavours of bubblegum and light spice, along with hoppy dryness lingering.
