Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, and consumed at home Thursday 23rd February 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, it's Round Table tonight. Loz is making Münchner Schnitzel tonight, I'm helping though with Chicken as opposed to Pork or Veal. Pours hazy yellow gold, a little hoppier than expected, fruity with a soft mouthfeel. Good.

Bottle. Clear golden color big rocky whit head. Flavor of grains, white bread, grass, leaves. Flat taste, just a bit salty and juicy. Clean lager feel, soft carbonation, easy to drink, dry finish

Extreme Färbung. Sehr hell, sehr starke Trübung. Herb hefige und sehr säuerlich fruchtige Noten sind bestimmend. Reichlich Kohlensäure. Durchaus nicht uninteressant, allerdings insgesamt zu säurebetont.

Enthält neben dem üblichen Weizen- und Gerstenmalz auch Dinkelmalz. Farblich geht das noch als dunkles Weizen durch. Würzige Mischung aus kernigem Getreide, süßem Malz, säuerlichen Früchten und herben Kräutern. Hopfenbitter Noten sind klar erkennbar, aber bleiben im Rahmen dessen was sich für ein Weißbier gehört. Insgesamt mehr auf der säuerlichen Seite. Rohstoffe aus biologischem Anbau - sehr lobenswert.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht hoppig zoet en een beetje kruidig met heel licht iets van citrus en wat kruiden en snoep. Eerste indruk was niet erg positief,maar naar mate je hier meer van proeft wordt dit bier toch wel wat beter en interessanter.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen an der Ilm and consumed sat outside at home about to cook Clams, Chorizo and Feta in a tomato sauce (it's great btw). Listening to Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever - Endless Rooms. Pours looking for all the world like a Robinsons Barley water, so hazy, actually very light lemony gold with a large white head. Fresh and displaying all the regular wheat beer characteristics, the clove perhaps a little more pronounced than the banana, quite a clean taste, it's a nice beer, in fact better on each subsequent sip.

Listening to Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever - Endless Rooms. Pours warm gold with a white head. Soft moutheel a tad sweet perhaps but nonetheless very pleasant. A little honey jostling with some grainy flavours. A little boozy warmth and thickness in the mouth, it's a good beer.
