Smooth mild beginning. Grain, floral with a mild yeasty back. Grain, soft back, hints of floralness. Not too deep, yeasty with no bitterness in the end.

Bottle picked up from Fristo Getrankemarkt, Freising and consumed at home Thursday 22nd June 2023 listening to Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant on 6Music, it's a big Glastonbury coverage at the moment. We had a Thai Pork Stir Fry thing with Rice. Pours hazy yellow gold with a slim white head. Nice softness, a little vanilla and cereal, a little sweetness, pretty decent, not 100% sure of the style but somewhere between a a stronger Helles and Festbier I reckon.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber with a fluffy head. Dry zesty citrussy notes, sourdough, clove, unripe banana, yeasty, wheat, spices. Dry sourness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity sour finish. Nice!

Bottled 500ml. -from Fristo Getränkemarkt Freiburg. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, mild yeasty banana nose. Sweetish malty, wheaty, bready, light banana and touch of spices with dryish finish.
