Brewery draught, 7/12/24. Clear, light brass. Small, white head quickly to scanty cover. Not much nose. Cracker, maybe some fruit. Fruity, crackery, lighter-bodied. Pepper comes on quickly but never really builds up much. I guess it's tastefully done though I can't help but wish it were burning. Very little beer character otherwise. Rather thin.

750mL bottle pour at the brewery, 7/12/24. Clear, still, light brass. Earthy, big minerality, light, seemingly well-attenuated honey. Clean, straightforward. Lighter-bodied, not thin. Some light, residual honey texture. Good acidity, earthiness and mineral. Quite dry. Clean and competent.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thank you Tom! Very simple flavor profile. Mils earth, toasted grain, lager yeast like finish. This is just simple. Pretty easy for the average man to savor.

Can pour from Andover Classic Wines. Cloudy amber-red with nice sparkle, head quickly fading to ring and trace lacing. Aroma is malt, and a little bit of an earthy compost. Taste is caramel malt, roast. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. Something a bit off-putting in the aroma. Meh.

Brewery draught, 4/15/23. Clear, bronze-brass. Small, white head to ring. More malty than the light with a hint of honey and a touch of floral hop. Clean. As with most of their beers, it's clean, soft, lightly malty though not super deeply so. Good attenuation, lower flavor, lightly watery.

Brewery 4/15/23. Light lemon. White head to ring. Honey is earthy, musty, but also floral. Basic cracker malt. Light, fruity yeast. Almost like honey water. Light fruit, sweaty, lightly sweet honey. Not much here. But clean.
