Bottle at Deanso’s last THT. Hazy purple with dark pink head. Quite some funk, hay, elderberries, cassis, light red wine vinegar, slight spicy yeast, fruit yoghurt, dried dusty herbs. Pretty sour, no real sweetness and light bitterness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite nice, but a bit too sour.
Had it again in August 2025 and it was more clear and bright, but still a little too sour.

Bottle shared at Dean’s Last THT. Very hazy purple with a pink head. Aroma has a light funk, light dark berries and vinegar. Flavour is light sweet and heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Fles van Tommie Sjef, THT 28-10-2026, 35 cl sample. Bijna heldere paarsrode kleur, middelgrote schuimkraag. Prachtig aroma van donker fruit, lichte zoetigheid, klein beetje melkzuur. Complex, schitterend in balans. Ik roep het al jaren, maar dit kan de competitie met Cantillon met gemak aan. Heerlijk.

Bottle@yesprs - Dark red pour with small pinkish white head. Aroma and taste is red currant berry fruity, with some red currant prominence, fruity tart berry finish.

A hazy red ber with a beige head. The aroma has notes of raspberries, and straw. The flavor is acidic eirh notes of raspberries, and straw, leading to a tart finsih.

Bottle shared by Caesar, thanks! Dark red amber color, virtually no head. Aroma is incredibly fruity and balanced. Taste is balanced fruity, red fruit, superb dark red fruit. Holy shit! This is unbelievable. So balanced. So good. Oh my word. Insanely good. No words.

750 ml green bottle, from Mikkeller Bottle Shop, aarhus. ABV is 5%. Clear and bright red colour, moderate pink head of poor retention. Strong aroma of ripe raspberries and blackcurrants. Sour flavour, tart and moderately astringent, with notes of lemons and raspberries, hints of blackcurrants.
