Description
Eden was born out of a dream of better beer. The kind of beer that requires love and hard work. The kind of beer you demand; beer for people who aren't afraid to push themselves.
The harder we work, the more we can relax by exploring the beautiful landscape we call home and popping the cap on a well earned beer at the end of the day.

Bottle from Tebay services that it’s brewed for. Very pale straw colour with no head. Looks like a pint of carling. Aroma is almost nothing. Maybe be a touch of hop. Taste is dull.

33cl bottle from Beer52.com An attractive copper colour, with a trace of white head; malty aroma; sweet caramel taste to start with a short burst of bitterness; then toffee with a chilli heat that’s rather dull but provides some warmth in the throat. Interesting, but not something I’d come back to.

Cask @ Foundry Hill, Bingley. Copper-gold with a small creamy head. Hopped nose and taste, but certainly not overbearing and with its strength it’s actually a fairly easy drinking and light textured ale.

23rd Feb 2015. Bottle, 500ml: at home, shared with no one. Poured into a UK pint sleeve. Golden hue to the body, on top a full white head, plenty of carbonation bubbles rising through the almost clear beer. Sweet and grainy nose and taste with a hop backdrop that comes bitter towards the finish. Toffee esters appear as the beer warms in the glass and the beer begins to become more interesting as the chilling departs. The beer grew on me as it warmed: rare for a lager/pilsner styled beer in my eyes.
