Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours extremely hazy yellow with a big frothy, rocky and fizzy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny malty, tiny floral and yeasty with crackers, hay, dry soil, minerals, bakers yeast and lemon peal. Taste is bitter and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, dandelion stems, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, bakers yeast, honey and lemon peal. There is something with the heavy floral and yeasty bitterness that doesn’t work for me...

750ml bottle I’ve had in the cellar maybe 15months. Pours a mostly clear gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has some candy sweetness, some honey, lots of white grape - muscato mostly, mild spice, mild yeast. Flavor reminded me of a mead mixed with champagne, the honey character is not only in the taste but also the mouthfeel which is enveloping, lots of white grape too, some yeast... but honestly the flavor fell off some. Again, fairly easy to drink at 11%.

Bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric and salty notes and touches of malt and yeast. Citric and salty aftertaste. Low carbonation. Okay but a little disappointing.
