Bottle.Color: Dark ruby, light brown head. Taste: Roasted (but not too much) malt, chocolate, grainy, hints of caramel, red fruit and brown sugar. Some bitterness, mostly towards the finish. Nice balanced and pretty mild dunkler bock.

Many thanks for this Vollmond Bier to kevnic2008. Ekologiczne piwo w butelce z krachla. Pianka mala malo trwala jasna barwa wnet cytrynowa. Lekko metnawe. w smaku delikatne, nieco wodniste, ciut chmielne i ciut kwaskowe. wszystkiego tylko ciut. Dobrze ze sporo ekologicznych skladnikow i czysta woda.

Bottle. Brown color with tan head. Aroma is chocolate, a touch roasted, earthy, nutty. Taste is chocolate, nutty, some earthy flavours again, a touch grainy. Silky mouthfeel. Nicely balanced, and easily drinkable Dunkler Bock!
