Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Reminds me of apple nectar. Aromas of fruit (apples) and yeast. Only a hint of bitterness. A bit watery and thin. I imagine it would taste better under a warm summer sun.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to light amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, dusty, grass, light yeasty, sharp yeast, brett notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, brett notes, fruity, heavy carbonated, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is lively - fizzy. [20111105]

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. The glass fills completely by white foam, and a golden beer (slightly hazy) appears slowly. Strong and sharpish aroma of German and Czech hops, grassy, floral and fruity notes, also hints of honey. Light to medium body, lagerish mouthfeel (this is an ale, though). The flavour is medium dry with some "dusty" malts and grassy hops, some fruity hints. The bitterness is too low, but this is still a drinkable beer.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is toffee, caramel malts, some nutty notes as well as mild wooden and hoppy floral notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, rather nutty as well as some slight caramelly and candy sugary notes. Quite pleasantly balanced.
