Description
After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010. Their aim was to make the types of beer that they like - full of flavour yet easy to drink. Red Willow now offer a range of beers that can be found in many local pubs and shops in cask

Cask at Pig's Ear. Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin but smooth malts, a light caramel and cream sweetness. Light white smoke blends well with bright but ripe citrus. Trace of peel. Light finish. A very drinkable smoke job.
