Gravity Cask at day 2 of the 41st Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 03/12/2025.
Deep copper topped with a lasting beige head.
Nose is fruit cake mix, caramel, toffee, stewed fruits.
Taste comprises figs, dates, caramel, faint smoke, toasted brown sugars, prunes.
Medium plus bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light rising boost.
Solid cask sipper.

7/11/2025. Cask at the 13th Beccles Beer Festival. Pours fine. Aroma is quite hoppy, flowery, citrus, grapefruit, mango. Fairly sweet with light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body. Soft carbonation.

30/10/2025. Cask at the Vine, Norwich. Nice pour. A very robust bitter. Packs a punch for its 4.1%. Enjoyed this.

28/10/2025. Cask at Norwich Beer Festival (Waterfront). Good pour. Sweet and fruity. Malty, biscuit, toasted, hint of spice. Likeable.

Cask at The Kings Head, Norwich. Grapefruit, lemon zest & kiwifruit aromas. Malty citrusy taste, some gooseberry jam. Long bitter finish.

Cask handpull at Red Lion Norwich. Clear gold thin head. Some white stone fruit touch of peach. Not much hop. Light bitterness ok some peach flavour

Dusty & orange aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy & cloying.
