Hazy yellow pour, medium white head. Aroma is.... Well..... Beer. There is hard to pick out anything here. There are hints if wheat, so I’m guessing the base beer is a wheat ale, but I can’t be sure. The heather isn’t really adding much at all, just some slightly sweet cereals. The finish however is extremely vegetal and floral, but not exactly in a good way. Slightly funky, I’m sure that’s not on purpose, slightly skunky too, with a super weird funky vegetable flavour. This is a bloody mess.

Murky amber/brown pour, with a small off white head. Aroma has soft fruit, very very grassy, with a strong UK hop notes.... Which I’m finding odd seeing the hop list. Finish is medium bitter with more grassy hops, and light biscuity malts. This is a weird beer. It’s coming across like a piney, strong English ipa. Weird.

Growler from the brewery. Clear golden pour, medium white head. Nice cereals on the nose, with alot of pleasant grassy hops. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Grassy, and solid. Nice session beer.

473ml can from the lcbo. Clear dark copper pour, small white head. Right off the bat the aroma is strong on what to me is UK hops, this seems odd for a beer that claims to be a hop forward Apa. Pale Crystal malt, light breads and some minerals. Finish is lightly bitter with sole metallic minerals and more UK hop notes. Light grass, hints if skunk. A bit of a train wreck really.

This light beer poured a clear light yellow colour with a bright white head. Med lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, root veggies and earth. First swig was thin and lifeless. Watery as hell, but hey, it’s a light beer from a micro...(wtf?) Flavours of malt and mild hops. Finish is lightly sweet with malt flavours lingering.

This ale poured a clear, light yellow colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, straw and earth. First swig was generic. Flavour slightly sweet with flavours of corn, light perm solution and honey. Finish is mildly bitter/sweet with hop flavours lingering.

Outlaw Brew-Co Bronco Copper Ale 5.6% Beautiful copper red with a thick beige head and a malty peppery aroma. Medium to full bodied with a nice malty flavor featuring biscuit and tobacco on top of a caramel base. It has a great balance. Good stuff. Ar 7 t 8 p 4 ap 4 o 13 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can that pours a very slight haze golden colour with frothy warm cap, good stay and lots of lacing. Yeasty caramel aromas. The taste is not as sweet as expected, so better. Some hops creating a little dryness. Much better than their Bronco, which was the first one I had from them. Still, nothing really impressive yet.

Copper Ale is the billing, and copper ale is exactly how it looks. But... There is that dusty mildly burnt malt taste that seems to crop up in a brew here and there, which, well tastes poor. Otherwise it's a good level of sweetness with the malt. But...

Oh boy, this smells bad. Yeasty banana aromas with some diacetyl caramel-butter notes and some rusty water. The taste is slightly better, but still not well-blended with the hops helping a little in the finish. Some roasted notes with mild caramel and hints of bananas. Not one I would have again. Clean amber colour with a beige bubbly head. All-over the place.
