Bottle, purchased inside Yosemite Park, where it is sold under the name "Yosemite Pale Ale." Pours golden amber with a little haze. Medium white head with some staying power. Aroma is of slightly sweet malts, with piney and citrus aromas from the hops. Balanced taste with the hops and malts. A nice bitter hoppy finish. A surprisingly good Pale Ale.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours amber gold with a 3 finger creamy/bubbly white head. Aroma is bready with something like noble hop. For me just now the hop aroma is not strong. Med body. Flavor is bready, fruity, and somewhat citrus. Very nice, but not the cat pee I’d hoped for (see rating below). It’s very refreshing. But I’m getting more apricot than citrus. Very good drink.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento. Pours clear copper with a slight creamy beige head. Aroma of citrus/resin over odd roast malt. Med+ body. The hop is almost lush. There’s a lot of roast malt, but there’s a lot of I think mostly citrus hop - but resin too. Finishes lightly fruity, sturdily malty, and more bitter than might have been expected. Drinks nicely.

This brew is a clear orange-gold color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, malt and citrus fruits. The finish is moderately hoppy with a fruity aftertaste. Not exactly "epic’, but not bad either.

Bottle. Pours with a deep, hazed, chestnut hued brown body. Near black. A small off-white head that is somewhat slow to fade. Aromas are nutty, sawdust, cola, brown sugar, hazelnut, really dry, brown malt (seems). Dry, roasty, leathery, tobacco. Flavors are roasty, leathery, nutty, chocolate, fudge. A bit of coffee. A bit of an odd, lactic twang. That said it is tasty. Really malty, brown sugar (yet dry). Brown malt? Overall its pretty tasty. Lighter carbonation. Dry for what it is, lighter bodied. Good and nutty, roasty with lasting duration of flavors.

Bomber from the Co-Op in Davis, CA. Pours really dark brown/black with a really dark creamy/bubbly tan head. Aroma is smooth dark malt with chocolate hints. Smells warm, maybe with a bit of coffee. Full bodied. Smooth. Rich. Creamy. Goes to sweetish burnt malt. Grummy (that’s good) burnt malt. Heat is in the chest. Really smooth and delicious. It does seem to develop coffee with time.
