Description
We’ve been obsessively crafting beers since 1995. We pioneer, curious and unfaltering, determined not to stop until we achieve mouth-watering perfection, often at the expense of reasonable bedtimes and our social lives.
Pulling inspiration from our natural surroundings, we boldly blend the best of our local ingredients with the know-how we’ve picked up from years of brewing award-winning beer.

Bottle, 0.65l, shared with Dasa and Leo. Aroma is ripe fruity, yeasty, floral and piney. Pours cloudy orange golden color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, yeasty and earthy, follows by tart fruity esters, pine and pepper with smooth and mild spicy mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Wild mountain potion…

On tap at Lead Dog - Reno, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has an odd hop character, with bitter pine cones, odd herbal notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bitter as fuck, with herbal notes and biscuity malt. Bitter and herbal. This isn't good.

On tap at Lead Dog - Reno, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued, with crunchy herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is crunchy and grassy, with biscuity malt and herbaceous hops. Doesn't strike me as a Czech pils-more like a German? Could use more hops, spiciness, and crispness. Decent.

On tap at Lead Dog - Reno, pours a clear dark amber / burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, light toasted caramel, and light herbaceous notes. Flavour is somewhat boozy, with toasted bready malt, moderate dark sugars, and a hint of caramel. Boozy, sweet and malty, but balanced somehow. Not really an authentic doppel-eisbock, but it's pretty respectable.
