Description
We’ve been obsessively crafting beers since 1995. We pioneer, curious and unfaltering, determined not to stop until we achieve mouth-watering perfection, often at the expense of reasonable bedtimes and our social lives.

Pulling inspiration from our natural surroundings, we boldly blend the best of our local ingredients with the know-how we’ve picked up from years of brewing award-winning beer.

Bottle as Paranoid Pale Ale. So much hop it suggests cat pee (that’s a good thing). I say citrus/floral (not grapefruit) with some resin/pine. Color is darkish coppery with tiny bubbles. The white head ringed quickly. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is hop - starting with pine, passing to grapefruit, and back. There is some malt, but balance favors hop! Finishes crisp and dry. Pretty good APA.

Bottle from Hi-Time. Aromas of light fruit and candi and spice. Orange amber color with a head that didn’t survive. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Flavor is sweet, peppery spice, a bit of sour, apple, white grape. Malty. Yeasty. Finishes dry and spicey. Words are inadequate. Really smooth and tasty. Clove just developed. Seems to improve with time and warmth.

Strong aromas of chocolate and coffee. Opaque brown/black color with a decent tan head. Medium body with near creamy carbonation. The flavor moves to roasted/toasted dark malt. It’s heading for porter or stout. Quite smooth. There is a light piney hop note in the finish along with the toasted bitter. The finish is dry and decently bitter. It’s really good.

Draft at Brews in the Village; Nose of bananna and vanilla; cloudy amber with a huge yelloish head; flavor of banana and light caramel; one of my friends taved about it and said it tatsed like banana cream pie!

A hazy orange beer with a fine though collapsing white head. The aroma is lovely grassy and hoppy - and so is the flavor.
